Local Rules of the Juvenile Court for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County
These rules shall govern the practice and procedure in the Juvenile Court of Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee. These rules will be construed to secure simplicity in procedure, fairness in administration, and the elimination of unjustifiable expense and delay. These rules supersede all Rules of Practice and Procedure in the Juvenile Court of Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County, Tennessee. These rules are effective August 1, 2026.
