As our city recently wrapped up another successful Big Machine Music City Grand Prix, we at the Court would like to thank Indy Car driver, Robb Holland, for taking time out of his busy race preparation schedule to visit and speak with our youth about the increasing opportunities available in Motor Sports. Mr. Holland is a championship driver and an accomplished automotive journalist that promotes diversity in his sport, and he graciously shared his path to the top of his field with several enthusiastic youths in our pre-trial housing unit.
Judge Calloway said of his visit, “It was great having Robb visit the youth in our pre-trial housing unit. Not only is he a great Indy driver, but he’s also a caring and inspirational leader.” The kids (and staff :)) loved interacting with Mr. Holland and seeing the authentic racing gear that he brought. This is the third consecutive year that Mr. Holland has shared his story with our children, and he has committed to return every year that the NTT Indycar Series sponsors a race in our city. KUDOS TO ROBB HOLLAND!!!
