Ben Denton Retirement

We bring both somber and joyful news from our Juvenile Court of Metropolitan Nashville & Davidson County family. After an astounding 59 years, 5 months of unwavering dedication to Juvenile Court, our dear colleague Ben Denton has made the decision to retire.

Ben’s impact on our organization is immeasurable, and his absence will be deeply felt. His vast experience, wisdom, and steadfast commitment has left an indelible imprint on each of us.

As we celebrate Ben’s well-deserved retirement, we encourage all who know him to take a moment to reflect on the countless memories and milestones that have enriched our lives thanks to his presence. His professionalism, kindness, and leadership have been a beacon of inspiration to us all.

The Honorable Freddie O’Connell, Mayor of Metropolitan Nashville & Davidson County recently presented a proclamation to the family of Mr. Denton celebrating his decades of service to the city of Nashville.
